Essential Booking Information
1. The Flight Check
Every booking is subject to a pre-flight airspace check. If your property is in a Restricted Flight Zone (FRZ) that we cannot get clearance for, a full refund will be issued immediately.
2. The Weather Guarantee
Drone operations are weather-dependent. If high winds or rain prevent us from flying on your scheduled day, we will reschedule for the next available clear window at no extra cost.
3. The 48-Hour Clock
Your 48-hour delivery window begins the moment we leave your site. You will receive a secure link or email to download your 4K imagery and technical data.
*No Upfront Cost Policy - Where CDIM deems necessary, we may request up to 25% of the total service cost by way of a deposit. A pro-forma invoice will be provided in advance of the service taking place. This ONLY applies to B2B/commercial customers.
